My journey in insurance spans 34 years, starting as an independent request representative handling complex, multimillion-dollar requests. That experience shaped everything about how I serve today. I went on to build my career with State Farm as a request representative, supervisor, and eventually a request superintendent working through injury request submissions and legal cases. Helping people navigate some of the most stressful moments of their lives—including accidents, injuries, and lawsuits—was humbling work, and it still guides how we care for our customers today.

When I was given the opportunity to become a State Farm agent in my hometown, I’ll admit I wasn’t initially interested. Selling wasn’t my thing. But after seeing firsthand how agents truly serve people—by asking the right questions, helping them prepare for the unexpected, and standing by them when something goes wrong—I knew this was where I belonged. Decades later, having helped thousands of individuals and families protect what matters most and recover when life takes a turn, I’m incredibly grateful to do this work.

What makes our office different comes down to experience and how we show up for you. We take the time to explain your coverage so you can choose the level of protection that fits your life. We also have a dedicated request specialist who works with you from start to finish if you ever need to file a request, making a confusing process easier to navigate. And while we love helping people get the right policies in place, what matters most is being there long after—when you need guidance, support, or answers. We’re real people (not AI), and being a Good Neighbor is something we take seriously every day.

On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife Brenda for 39 years. We have three grown children—Erin, Jacob, and Katy—and a growing family with grandchildren Olivia and Teddy, with more on the way. Outside the office, I enjoy working on classic cars, especially Rat Rods, and spending time building and fabricating with metal. I’ve also had the privilege of serving in my community through local Christian school boards and as a Deacon and Elder in my church, always with the goal of serving others.

Our office is proud to offer service in both English and Spanish, and as a registered money advisor holding a 65 Series license, I’m able to support a broader range of financial needs as well.
